Situated in the heart of the historic university city of Oxford, this beautiful 17th-century coaching-inn looks over the Examination Halls and Magdalen Tower.

Who are we looking for?

We are on the hunt for an outgoing receptionist to continue the work of our excellent Oxford Eastgate Hotel front office team.

Here's the role in a nutshell

You will:

Be a hotel ambassador at all times. On the phone, making a brewyou'll know exactly how to bring our brand and company values to life
Have an awesome eye for detail and find ways to maintain the highest standards, (including observing all our Security and Health & Safety policies)
Show a willingness to learn, and to embrace training and coaching opportunities when they arise
Be able to work under supervision, whilst being motivated, polite and helpful to colleagues and guests alike
Embody a friendly, welcoming, enthusiastic manner while you're on duty, so clients feel at ease and know they can trust you to help them in any way
Use guest feedback to make our fabulous experiences even better
Help to promote a culture of learning and personal development, supporting business leaders in honing the very best office practices imaginable.
