This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and busy team providing additional office support alongside our existing administrators to ensure all works are completed in a timely manner.


The main responsibilities of the role will be: - Send out various documents including brochures, price lists or samples requested by requested by the telesales team.

Answering all incoming calls and distributing to the relevant person. Logging any new jobsonto the system Print off all new jobs and create new folders. Create & post out hardcopy of quote proposals to customers. Preparation of the daily post including the franking. Updating the systems with any leads and amending when required. Assisting customersinternal as well as external with any queries regards to existing jobs. Updating the systems with any lost quotes Diary Management. Keeping the stationary up to date and completing any orders when stock is low. Filing & archiving any documentation

You will be self-motivated, able to manage your own time, have excellent organisational skills, good customer service skills and be confident dealing with internal and external customers.


To be successful as our Office Administrator role, you will have previous administration experience gained within a office or have admin experience within another sector and be keen to move into a fully office based role.

You will be familiar with managingand prioritising your own workload and be organised. You should be PC literate in Word and Excel and have outstanding telephone-based customer service skills. Ideally you will be available asap.
