What will you be doing?
- Engage, empower and hire a diverse base of talent into the clients graduate, apprenticeship and work placement schemes across the UK.
- Collaborate and partner with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work in partnership with schools, colleges, universities and other inclusion partners.
- Provide consultative advice to hiring managers on best practice selection, interviewing and assessment techniques.
- Host and participate in emerging talent fairs, events, webinars and open days.
- Responsible for the apprentice preboarding process.
- Support and take ownership of project work that contributes to the team's continuous improvement.
