We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their team and contribute to their continued success

What will you be doing?

  • Engage, empower and hire a diverse base of talent into the clients graduate, apprenticeship and work placement schemes across the UK.
  • Collaborate and partner with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work in partnership with schools, colleges, universities and other inclusion partners.
  • Provide consultative advice to hiring managers on best practice selection, interviewing and assessment techniques.
  • Host and participate in emerging talent fairs, events, webinars and open days.
  • Responsible for the apprentice preboarding process.
  • Support and take ownership of project work that contributes to the team's continuous improvement.

Contract details

  • 12 week temp to perm contract
- up to £28k per annum depending on experience

  • Hybrid working (2 days in office per week)
