Are you a skilled Lettings Administrator seeking an exciting opportunity in the private residential sector? We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join a refreshing and energetic team in South West London.
As a Lettings Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the Resident/Property Manager in managing the lettings process efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the daytoday operations of the lettings department
- Managing property listings and advertisements
- Conducting property viewings and inspections
- Screening prospective tenants and conducting reference checks
- Preparing tenancy agreements and other relevant documentation
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Managing rental payments and arrears
- Handling tenant queries and providing exceptional customer service
- Assisting with property maintenance and repairs
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
- Assist with move in/move out customer journey procedures
- Comply with regular fire safety and health & safety standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the private residential sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Proficiency in relevant software and databases
- Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday (9 am to 7 pm), with every other Saturday worked and a day off in the week when a Saturday is worked
- Willingness to work on bank holidays
Salary:
£33,000 to £36,000 per annum
