Salary:
£18 - £22k dependent on experience
Hours: 9 am to 5.30 pm (37.5 Hours)
Permanent, Full Time
Hybrid (2-3 days office based then WFH)
Our client is looking for a new team member to join a successful and growing team. They are a Value-Added IT Distributor, business partner to some of Europe's largest IT Resellers and Global brands. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Customer ServiceAssistant.

The Role
You will be working as part of a team, reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader. This role is actively supporting sales in relation to general administration duties, customer returns and logistics queries.
Accountabilities

  • Proactively manage the Customer Service / Admin Inbox
  • Provide fast and accurate responses to customer enquiries
  • Raise returns on behalf of both customers and account managers
  • Book collections with couriers
  • Cancel orders
  • Adhere to customer Service Level Agreements
  • Rearrange return to sender orders.

Requirements:


  • Maintain a high performing work ethic in line with company values and management expectations
  • Resolve internal and external issues promptly and professionally escalating to the Customer Services Manager or Account Manager where necessary
  • Use the internal systems to track performance
  • Communicate well with all areas of the business
  • Be able to manage and prioritise a busy workload
  • Have a high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Commercial Awareness
  • Strong Planning & Organisational skills
  • Highly numerate and literate
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Selfmotivated, successdriven and hardworking
