Catering Assistant

Location:

Leicester Services Partnership has multiple outlets across the University of Leicester (UoL) campus, you are required to work at whichever outlet has a shift available.

Salary:
£11.16 per hour

Contract:
Full time, 30hrs per week, all year round

Working hours:
As per a rota, this will include lates, evenings, weekends and early shifts. Working hours may include 7pm - 11pm Saturdays and/or Sundays shifts.

Contract Type:
Permanent

Responsible to:
Retail Manager, Team Leader or Shift Leader of the allocated outlet.

The role:

We have an amazing opportunity available for a Catering Assistant to join the Leicester Services Partnership (LSP) team.

We are looking for an individual who has great people skills, is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, is able to work as part of a team, have a 'can do' attitude and is flexible to work shifts as and when required.

Previous experience in a similar role would be great but is not essential as full training will be provided.

As a Catering Assistant, you will assist in preparing and serving food, drinks and snacks for our customers, whilst adhering to excellent food hygiene standards and providing outstanding customer service.

You will also be expected to maintain a high level of cleanliness in the area you work and have knowledge of our products, be able to promote our services and upselling wherever possible.
