Job DescriptionSupport our OEM customers with new and existing products.Advise on how to use our products, their applications and configuration.
Contact with customers by email, phone, Teams as requiredIssue Customer Technical Bulletins on product changesMaintain a customer support database.
Specify, prepare and send product samples and accessories to our customers and prospective customers.
Support customers in the use of our configuration software and mobile applications.
Help investigate product returns and failure analysis and provide reports to customers
