A starting salary of £20,000 rising to £22,000 per annum after successful probation (six months).

As a Tech Services Support Engineer, you will assist with technical support via the telephone, upload software via production, evaluate and repair laptops and also RMA returns.

Install and test software for Windows and Apple Mac machines to a high standard?
Ensure quality control?
Make hardware adjustments to computer systems.
Knowledge of computer hardware and software?
