Monday to Friday - 17:00
Salary:
£13,000 to £15,000 pa
Role and Responsibilities
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Providing product and service information to customers.
- Updating customer accounts and maintaining customer records.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Continuously improving customer service by identifying opportunities for process.
- Improvements and making recommendations to management.
- Participating in onthejob training and attending customer service training sessions.
- Developing skills and knowledge of the industry to provide exceptional customer service.
- Requirements:
- Enthusiasm for customer service and a desire to learn and develop new skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle highstress situations and resolve customer issues with tact and Diplomacy.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to work 95 Mon-Fri as an apprentice.
