The Company

The Position

Customer Service Apprentice

Apprenticeship Course:

Level 3 Customer Service Specialist

Apprenticeship Duration:

18 months + EPA

Location:

Bristol BS37

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday - 17:00

Salary:

£13,000 to £15,000 pa

Role and Responsibilities

Resolving customer complaints and issues in a courteous and efficient manner.
Providing product and service information to customers.
Updating customer accounts and maintaining customer records.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Continuously improving customer service by identifying opportunities for process.
Improvements and making recommendations to management.
Participating in onthejob training and attending customer service training sessions.
Developing skills and knowledge of the industry to provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
Enthusiasm for customer service and a desire to learn and develop new skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle highstress situations and resolve customer issues with tact and Diplomacy.
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Willingness to work 95 Mon-Fri as an apprentice.
