Description
We are looking for a night team supervisor to join our team.

The weekend Nights Team Supervisor will work Thursday, Friday and Saturday.


The role will be to:

Supervise a four-to-seven-person security team along with a centre cleaner during the weekend nights in a popular NTE nightclubs, bars and restaurant centre and car park.


Manage the health and safety, security and cleaning services and report to the Head of Security and Centre Manager all operational issues or incidents that may occur.


Create and maintain good relationships with customers, tenants, general visitors, other contractors and landlord employees.


Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained and delivered by all members of the team.


Lead, motivate and inspire all staff to be highly focused on the achievement of excellent service standards. Liaise with the Police, City Pastors, Southside Wardens, Saint John Paramedics and Licensing Enforcement Officers in order to develop good working relationships and maintain the safety and security of the Centre.


Ensure the Centre is safe and secured at all times and proactively offering suggestions/ideas for improved safety performance.


Monitor and effectively use the Centre's CCTV system proactively throughout the night

Experience:

- security: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • SIA CCTV License (preferred)
  • SIA License (required)
