    Care Assistant - Southend

    Salary:
    *Care Assistant - £12.We are looking for a part-time Care Assistant to work weekends only. You must have a driving license and your own car for this position.

    *Pay breakdown and shift patterns:
    • Daytime shifts 7am-3pm, evening shifts 3pm-10pm.
    * £10 evening, £12.50 weekend day, £12.60 weekend evening

    • We work our shift patterns around your availability
    • 45p per mile paid for your travel between calls.
    • Genuine career progression opportunities via our career pathway.
    • Free NVQ enrolment or Care Certificate.
    • 28 days paid holiday (accrued).
    * *£150 refer a friend* scheme.

    • Weekly payroll.
    *On a day to day basis your duties could include assisting with personal hygiene, preparing meals, household chores, administering medication, dementia care and social interaction.

    • Free classroom training sessions with our Head of Training and Development.

Unlike many home care providers, we operate a weekly payroll, so you are renumerated quicker for the work you do. Delivering care throughout the Southend Borough allows us to create small, focused areas of care needs, meaning less travel time and greater efficiency for staff working out in the community.
