Warehouse Team Leader required on a permanent contract in Rotherham.
***Our client is a well-established Printing Company based in Rotherham S60, looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join them with an immediate start available.


Responsible for running a highly efficient and agile fulfilment department, managing a team to fulfil daily outputs and monitor KPIs.

To work alongside the Warehouse and Customer services departments to ensure distributions are fulfilled to SLA. Responsible for ensuring GDPR compliance including any confidential material is destroyed/shredded. Managing stock levels and organising stock replenishments. This is a newly developed department, where processors are always changing. A good eye for detail and proactively looking at ways to improve the service.

Duties:


  • Develop, maintain and regularly review team strategy to ensure KPIs, work standards and expectations in line with company objectives are met
  • Take overall responsibility for all aspects of the effective supervision, training and welfare of your team.
  • Participate in the review of feedback from peer work to enable consistent continuous improvement across all areas
  • Manage the day to day operations and ensure tasks are completed to agreed timelines
  • Appropriately communicate organisation information through department meetings, oneonone meetings, and regular interpersonal communication
  • Lead employees using a performance management and development process that provides an overall context and framework to encourage employee contribution and includes objective setting, feedback, and performance development planning
  • Ensure compliance with rules, procedures, systems, etc. Whilst striving to continuously improve processes and relationships and instilling this mindset into your team.
  • Ensure that the quality of service within the team is maintained at the highest possible standards. Carry out spot checks and work closely with other managers to identify recurring problems and agree, initiate and monitor relevant corrective action.
  • Take overall responsibility for all aspects of the effective supervision, training and welfare of your team.
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism and service.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties which may be requested of you by the management team.
  • To be responsible, along with other staff members, for compliance with health and safety regulations for yourself, other staff and visitors.

Working hours:


  • 8:30am 5pm
  • Monday to Friday
  • 40 hours per week

Pay rate:

- £23,000 per annum
