Bridge Recruitment Ltd are currently looking for an HR Assistant to support their client on a - 9 month contract during a time of company growth.

Within the role you'll provide a professional, best practice and legally compliant human resources servicewhich meets the current and future needs of the business.

Your new role as an HR Assistant

  • Supporting the full recruitment, onboarding and induction process to ensure all new staff members add value to the organisation
  • Provide a professional and proactive approach to maintain, promote and further develop the HR IT systems (primarily CascadeHR), relevant spreadsheets, reports and documentation
  • Supporting HR projects and the HR Case Management including arranging meetings, taking minutes and OH referrals
  • Supporting the monthly payroll process
  • Acting as the Secretariat for the Staff Consultative Committee
  • General administrative duties as would reasonably be expected within the role
About you

  • Experience of HR ICT based database system, preparing payroll exception reports, staff benefits and associated processes, understanding of salary sacrifice provision and project administration
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills coupled with the ability to effectively work to tight deadlines in a busy environment
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proven experience within the full recruitment and induction life cycle
  • Excellent IT skills and a willingness to embrace new technologies
  • Discretion, good judgement and the ability to deal appropriately with a range of confidential and/or sensitive matters
Due to the nature of the role, you will need a CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience.
