Time commitment:
One day per week (10am-4pm)

We are looking for volunteers to support our team with categorising, sorting, and shelving books in preparation for our 1960s Woodside Library development.

What will you be doing?

Categorising, labelling, and sorting through books
Moving heavy boxes of books between areas of the site
Cleaning, moving and shelving large quantities of books or similar items

What are we looking for?

We're looking for someone who:

Is passionate about or has knowledge of library work
Has a fair reading ability to help with sorting books into categories
Has good organisational skills
Is comfortable working in a team
Is willing to help move heavy boxes of books
Has a friendly and approachable attitude
Has enthusiasm and interest in Black Country heritage
