    Description

    Job Description Thurne is a global supplier of high-quality industrial meat slicing systems with design and manufacturing carried out in the UK.

    It has been part of the Middleby Corporation since 2015 which brings strengths and synergies to complimentary technologies. The business is successful, profitable, and recognised for its innovation including many industry firsts for technology development.

    You will manage and drive performance across production, procurement, logistics, HSE, and contract engineering teams.

    Lead, inspire, and develop your teams to deliver industry leading performance and sustainable growth.
    Develop and introduce dashboard reporting to give greater visibility to operational performance.

    You will have strong commercial acumen and be able to demonstrate where you have contributed to, and successfully executed strategies.
