Based out of our Stourbridge offices, we were founded by Jonathan Lee over 40 years ago.

We are recruiting for an Administrator to support the Recruitment team with the day to day activities of resourcing and fulfilment for our clients' requirements.

Hybrid working from home is also available.
With some standard core days being in place.

Salary:
highly competitive salary plus a 10% bonus, paid monthly

Client liaison support with arrangement of interviews, chasing progress and assisting with the job offer stage.

Supporting consultants in the daily recruitment activities to recruit for our clients'.

General administration of vacancies and producing statistics using word and excel.

The most important requirement for our Recruitment Administrator is:

Personality, we have a busy, thriving team to support and you will need to be able to prioritise workload, work under pressure and be able to be able to multi-task and interchange between different jobs.

You will also possess excellent communication skills to liaise with our clients.
Together with advanced IT skills to use our CRM systems.

Any experience of recruitment is advantageous.
