Our exclusive client is a growing property management company and they are looking for an accomplished business accounts and administrator to work out of their head office in Bury on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring that reconciliation is achieved on a regular basis
- Ensuring purchase invoices are dealt with in a timely manner
- Ensure timely credit control of all invoices
- Monitoring responses to invoices sent and following up where necessary
- General admin duties
- Raising sales invoices
- Transaction reports

- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent ability to use initiative, problem solve and resolve issues
- Wellorganised and good team player
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines and produce high quality work
