We have a superb opportunity to join a high performing firm in Liverpool, who have a new opportunity available to join as a Head of Department and an opportunity to build your own team around you.

The firm have an excellent reputation with local families using the business for many years.

You are likely to be a partner or an ambitious experienced lawyer with partnership aspirations, need to be a self-motivated with the drive and ability to lead and develop a small team whilst maintaining your own caseload.


  • Be years 5 Years PQE+
  • Have a wide range of private client experience
  • Have a current following of their own
  • Have a strong desire to build a team and a high performing function
  • Be technically competent
  • Have excellent client care skills and the ability to manage client's expectations
  • Be proactive with good interpersonal stills
  • Be able to build a strong Private Client/Trust & Estates Team
  • Have good organisational skills with the ability to keep the department organised and compliant with the firm's policies
  • Be business development focused
  • Be passionate and a keen team member with the ability to accept responsibility and work on own initiative
  • Be a member of STEP or SFE (desirable but not essential)"
There is the option of Hybrid working also available
