Position:

This role is to be the first point of interaction between Inenco and clients in order to review and resolve queries to achieve 100% client satisfaction across all areas of client service delivery.

Requirements:

Experience of managing basic client queries and delivering excellence and client satisfaction client management system.
Experience of using client management system
Good Numerical Aptitude
Good communication skills

- verbal and written to articulate to the client

Confident in liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Competent Excel user
Problem solving skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines and balance multiple workstreams
Adaptability & willingness to learn

Other information:

Salary £22.4k£26.1k per annum
Annual pay related appraisals
