THE ROLE:

  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager to develop your experience around business development plans working towards meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets
  • Learn how to make outbound calls to all prospect leads to convert into clients
  • Engage with and regenerate previous clients
  • Generating your own profile of leads and contacting them for new business opportunities
  • Prospect new business and identify new areas to target
  • Building business relationships with previous and potential clients
  • Use your professional and compelling communication techniques to engage prospects
  • Ensure the CRM is kept up to date with correct information relating to all clients
  • Engage with clients via phone and face to face at all levels of the business
  • Communicate Australasian Recruitment Companies unique sales proposition through building a rapport, championing the brand and closing new leads

ESSENTIALS:

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Previous sales experience desired, but not essential
  • Strong, articulate communication skills
  • Selfmotivated, confident, fun and friendly personality
  • Like working in a fastpaced, deadline driven environment
  • Goaloriented and focused on achieving objectives
  • Ability to work under own initiative, once training given
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • A Team Player
