RECEPTIONIST
An exciting part time opportunity to support a leading university as receptionist


RECEPTIONIST ROLE:


  • Meeting and greeting visitors upon arrival to the office
  • Answering company phone and intercom promptly, taking and passing on messages efficiently
  • Organising meeting rooms prior to when large meetings are due to happen
  • Processing of overhead invoices and raising Purchase Orders via accounts system
  • Printing, binding and laminating for all staff when required
  • Keeping on top of the cleanliness of the kitchen, recycling points and meeting rooms
  • Ordering stationary, including paper and branded paper, fruit and breakfast items
  • Assisting Office Manager as and when required

RECEPTIONIST ESSENTIALS:


  • 12 months experience working in a high administrative role
  • Ability to work until 09:30 pm Monday to Thursday
