What You'll Do
Collaboration Product Sales Specialist (PSS) owns and drives the product and solution preference for the whole Webex by Cisco Collaboration suite.
Take control of the business, make an impact, and drive market adoption by engaging across our customer stakeholders and internally partnering with the Cisco sales teams.
o Be a key member of the Webex Collaboration sales team reporting to the UKI Collaboration Sales Directoro Own and deliver on a sales target for the Collaboration business in UKI supporting targeted Cisco customer segments and their associated Account Managers
o Forecast, track and analyse the bookings/pipeline of the Cisco Collaboration business in the territory aligned to the allocated customer segments
o Responsible for supporting the cloud collaboration strategy to create preference and accelerate the growth of Cisco Collaboration with customers.
o Work with Cisco Collaboration Marketing and Commercial teams to drive campaigns and programs to generate incremental bookings and pipeline
o Drive training and awareness initiatives for customers and partners.

Who You Are
o You are passionate about helping companies make a difference by changing the way they work through powerful collaboration experiences
o You understand and can articulate how collaboration powers business growth, innovation, productivity and sustainably
o You understand and can articulate how phenomenal end user experiences drive usage and adoption of teamwork solutions
o Experience in a selling or consulting role for Collaboration or software, cloud and calling offerings.
o Curious and innovative in how you approach customer issues to attract attention and change the narrative to preference Webex products.
o Strong communication, presentation, and written skills
o A history of meeting or exceeding business objectives and revenue targets
o Strong business network and knowledge of the UKI market including customers and partners.
o Suitable technology or business university degree qualification preferred
