This is a fixed term contract position based at our site in the centre of Glasgow. Working within a tight knit team who are always on hand to offer support and guidance to one another.

The roles will be on a full-time basis hours per week, with the option to work those hours flexibly Monday through to Friday.


What you'll be doing:


  • Maintaining good relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Calculate payments for pensions.
  • Delivering a high quality customer service in a professional manner, creating trust and confidence
  • Production and checking of complex pension calculations
  • Effective teammate, who constantly displays dedication and flexibility;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Providing individual benefit statements and responding to member queries
  • Updating systems to ensure accurate records are held of members entitlements

£22,145 inclusive of 3% flex fund
