The Customer Champion Apprentice - Fleet Management will play a crucial role in providing efficient administrative support to the branch.

This includes assisting the team with the day-to-day business requirements. Comprehensive training will be provided across all relevant areas.

Responsibilities:


  • Working within the Fleet Management team
  • Problemsolving
  • Dealing with customers' queries
  • Providing the best possible outcomes for the customer
  • Processing SORN, Vehicle Tax, MOT, and V5 Requests
  • Assisting with the identification of issues and resolving these proactively for the customer

Entry requirements

  • GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4) essential
  • GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4) essential
  • A Level or equivalent Any (Grade D or above) desirable
Predicted grades will be accepted.


To be eligible for this apprenticeship, you must meet the following residency criteria: You must have lived in the UK, the British Overseas Territories, or Crown Dependencies (Channel Islands and Isle of Man) for at least three years prior to the start of the apprenticeship.

Training to be provided

Training with Milton Keynes College.

Ongoing training, support and development with the employer.

Business Administrator Level 3.
