MI Administrator| Up to £30,000

Monday - Friday| Warrington


Focused on robust IT infrastructure and supported by in-house IT Service Delivery and Digital teams, we are expanding our workforce.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Utilise advanced Excel skills, including Power Pivot and advanced formulas, for data analysis.
  • Manage and validate incoming documents (Excel, CSV, PDF) for continuity and accuracy.
  • Handle Global Inboxes, correspond with clients, and provide feedback on filerelated issues.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to communicate key insights and trends to stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders and clients, providing updates on ongoing processes and challenges.
  • Prepare business data reports and MI for the management team.
  • Maintain awareness of regulations related to data handling, ensuring compliance with GDPR, FCA, SRA, and ISO 27001 guidelines.

Requirements:


  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Power Pivot and advanced formulas.
  • Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
  • Proficiency in all aspects of Office 36
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive approach to problemsolving and decisionmaking.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
  • Knowledge of SQL server is desirable but not essential.

Up to £30,000.00 per year
