Description
Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing– Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
– Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
– Utilise computerised systems and software, including Google Suite and QuickBooks
– Assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and accounts payable/receivable
– Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
– Experience using Microsoft Excel
– Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Shifts:
8:30am-4:30pm Monday to Friday
25,000-£27,000 (per year) depending on experience
