Head of Customer Service - Cambourne, Cambridgeshire - £65,000 + Healthcare + Annual Bonus + Pension + Car Allowance


We are currently working with a very successful housebuilder operating in the Cambridgeshire area who are looking for a Head of Customer Care to maintain high company satisfaction ratings.


Responsibilities will include:


The function of a Head of Customer Care is to prioritise the customer experience with the business and boost company reputation through increasing yearly rating scores.


This job specifically will be a flexible one, with time split between home working, office working, and customer meetings to oversee the customer service team and reflect the company's excellent reputation.


Additionally, you will:


  • Ensure ratings are kept high by confirming issues are resolved adequately and in a brief manner.
  • Manage the customer service team and processes and continually strive to make improvements.
  • Guarantee that computer systems are being implemented and used effectively.
  • Identify potential issues within the customer service team.
  • Previously managed a successful team.
  • Experience as a Customer Service Manager
  • Very good analytical and report production skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • The capability to work well under pressure.
  • IT proficiency in Microsoft Office.
