Description
We have a fantastic opportunity available at a renowned law firm! We are looking for a motivated Invoicing Administrator to join our team. This position is a mix of remote and office work, with a salary of up to £27,000 per annum.
As an Invoicing Administrator, you will be the go-to person for handling client billing needs. You will collaborate closely with our e-billing and finance teams to ensure efficient billing processes. Your responsibilities will include promptly responding to emails, reminding fee earners to reduce work in progress, processing proformas multiple times daily, and ensuring timely billing.
In addition, you will partner with a billing analyst to streamline operations, eliminate manual tasks, and resolve issues. We are looking for a candidate who is confident in their billing skills.
The main duties and tasks for this role are:
Interested candidates should have previous experience in finance, especially in billing.
This position is available in Leeds, Birmingham, Manchester, or Cardiff.
