Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Representative.

As a Customer Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and support.

This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, interacting with a diverse range of customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
  • Assist customers with resolving any issues or complaints
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information and notes
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met

Skills:


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Customer service experience preferred but not required

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £23,413.68 per year
