Trainee New Homes Sales consultant -Witham

  • Essex**An exciting opportunity has arisen for 2 New Homes Site Sales Consultants to join an established House Builder working on a prestigious development in Witham
This fantastic development comprising of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes & 1-2 bedroom apartments. Surrounded by ample amenities and open space, 130 plots to sell, making this a great place to work.


key responsibilities include:


  • To maintain the presentation of the sales complex to the highest standard
  • To effectively manage all customers and deliver excellent customer service
  • To generate potential sales leads in addition to those created by marketing activity
  • To represent the company to the highest professional standards

Skills and experience required

  • A proven track record of achieving targets
  • The ability to deliver high levels of customer service
  • To embrace technology and develop an understanding of new systems
  • Excellent attention to detail to effectively manage presentation of sales area
  • Selfmotivated and driven to achieve results

Salary and Package
- £24k -£25k basic with £45k Ote

  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Company pension
  • Millage allowance
  • Flexibility with working days Tuesday
  • Saturday or Thursday
  • Monday ( 9:30 am to 5:30 pm)
  • Must be able to work some weekends
