Studio Manager - Part Time
Winchester
£25,000 - £35,000 Pro Rata
1-1 Recruitment are looking for an experienced studio / office manager to join an award winning architectural practice in Winchester.
Day to day Responsibilities:
- Directing and responding to initial project enquiries
- Management of the sample library
- Assisting the Finance Manager with accounting tasks
- HR assistance to Directors
- Health and safety management.
- Upkeep and ongoing improvements to policies, handbooks and certificates.
- Organisation of staff social events, meetings and trips
- Upkeep and ongoing improvements to the studio environment, liaising with landlords and other tenants
- Arranging CPD presentations
- Procuring supplies for the studio, internal and client meetings
- Liaising with external IT support
- Handling all building maintenance queries
- Identify opportunities for improving office and process efficiencies
Required skills, experience, and attributes:
- You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ideally you will have an undergraduate degree in a relevant field business, design, management.
- Ideally you will have Studio Management and Human Resources experience.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, and ability to prioritise.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- You should be a dynamic and driven selfstarter.
