The Role

Responsibilities include:


  • Deliver, move, and distribute linen and stock from receiving area, storage, and rooms area
  • Ensure all goods received in/out are checked and stored correctly
  • Support Housekeeping Manager and Housekeeping Team Leaders to distribute minibar items for arrival and stay over rooms
  • Support to clean and maintain the cleanliness of hotel hallways, lobbies, elevators, and other public areas
  • Work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient stock and movement of linen across the hotel and F&B

The Person

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labour tasks, including lifting and moving heavy objects
  • Flexibility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
