Would you be able to provide commercial and administrative support to contribute towards our successful team?

Role Details

Salary: £23,000 per annum
Role based: Hamilton (ML3 0EJ)
Contract type: Fixedterm 12 months
Annual leave: 25 days, plus bank holidays

Role Responsibilities

Carry out structured business development, local and national campaigns, including "cold calling" within the area designated, in order to achieve order targets.
Eespond to customer enquiries to generate orders.
Effectively use internal systems (e.g. SAP, CRM) to ensure customer information is kept up to date and systems are aligned.
Log and see through customer rectifications on CRM.
Log contract notifications on SAP.
Liaise with Finance and Central Services with regards to monies owed and billing block control.
Take responsibility for T drive file management including folder generation and general house keeping.
Offer Visio drawing support.

We are looking for someone who has:

Strong administrative experience gained in customer service environment
Experience of business development activities including campaign and cold calling
IT literacy skills in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
Good level of numeracy and literacy
Solid understanding of Microsoft packages
Strong communicator
