Kitchen Sales Designer

£25-30K Base DOE PLUS uncapped comms £55-60K OTE

Bristol

5 day week includes 2/3 Saturdays a month

10-6pm working days

The company
My client has been running for over 60yrs and has over 500 showrooms worldwide.


They look to employ passionate designers who believe in creating a good customer journey to bring them repeat business along with many recommendations.

They specialise in mid to high-end German kitchens which value from £12k upwards

My Bristol client is looking to take someone on who wants to build themselves up to showroom manager which is a role that will be available within a year to the right person.


The role

  • A minimum of 25years of proven retail kitchen sales success.
  • Passion for good design and providing exceptional KBB service.
  • Great PersontoPerson Manner.
  • Ability to listen and learn quickly.
  • Money Motivated but with an understanding that NPS and good customer service lead to repeat business.
  • Willing to learn their sales approach.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and technical awareness.
  • A passion for design
  • 5 day working week with 2/3 Saturdays required to be worked with days off the following week.
  • 106pm working day

Experience required

  • Kitchen design knowledge
  • Commercial experience
  • Solution sales approach
  • CAD software knowledge although theirs is an inhouse CAD system they will give you full training on this.
  • Own car and licence as you will occasionally go to clients' homes for design appointments.
