  • Experience of Change Management the ability to lead, engage and deliver change activity proactively thus delivering planned outcomes through realisation of benefits
  • Experience in the development, planning and implementing of business strategy
  • Experience of managing a wide variety of Stakeholders
  • Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving root cause and trend analysis
  • Project Management
  • Experience of working with a University or within the Higher Education sector would be advantageous
