International Bank are seeking an experienced hire to oversee the processing of Bilateral, Syndication, Agency and Retail Loans
Good knowledge for syndication loan, bilateral loan, retail mortgage and cash management is important

You will be responsible for all activities of Loan Administration team, including the strategic planning and the development, direction, control and delivery of the day-to-day activities whilst understanding Bank systems and managing efficiencies within alltasks for both branch and subsidiary.

Providing an excellent customer service and operational support to both the Bank's internal and external stakeholders.

Working alongside the Team Lead and taking responsibility for leading and managing all staff within Loan Administration, putting excellent people management processes in place and being open to new ideas and implementing best practice processes and conceptsin managing the team.

Essential Responsibilities:
Monitoring and authorising bilateral loans, retail mortgage loans and syndication loans credit facility limits,.

Providing an excellent customer services and operational support to Front Office, Risk Management Department and Management ensuring all daily work is processed in a timely fashion.

Check legal and loan documents and approvals for new and existing facilities of bilateral loan, syndication loan and retail mortgage;
Check and authorise facilities set up, transactions of drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, rate fixing, and interest/fee calculation for syndication loans, bilateral loans, and retail mortgage loans;
