Senior Claims Adjuster - Construction & Energy

London

Negotiable Salary + Excellent Benefits

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Claims Adjuster on behalf of our client, a highly regarded London Market insurer with an excellent reputation.

Key Responsibilities

Handle a portfolio of Energy (Natural Resources) and Construction Claims from FNOL to conclusion, dealing with varying levels of complexity and value.
Create and maintain peer level relationships with brokers.
Manage a portfolio of clients, and act as the main entry point for all of their claims.
Train and develop the team, and act as a technical referral point for other Claims Handlers.
Collaborate with Field Adjusters, Underwriting and Operations, and Global teams.
Participate in IT / digital projects to share your technical insights as a Subject Matter Expert.

Key Requirements

Previous experience of dealing with Energy (Natural Resources) & Construction claims, with particular experience of handling Construction / Engineering claims preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with recognised broker relationship building skills at peer group level.
Experience of working in a complex, global matrix organisation.
