Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Production Operative to join our offsite team based in Oakenshaw, West Yorkshire.

In this role you will assemble quality offsite solutions at optimum efficiency levels whilst working in a safe working environment and adhering to safe working procedures.

Ensure projects are fully completed to programme and within budget.
This is a full-time staff role with NG Bailey.

Responsibilities:

Comply with the company's Health and Safety standards ensuring that the "Safety first and foremost" message is visible and alive throughout all activities undertaken.
Work individually or as part of a team to manufacture Offsite solutions, working on projects within your skills set and safety certificates. Work in a productive manner, striving to meet or exceed the target times and minimising non[1]productive time.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace organisation within build cells at all times.
Take responsibility for your own quality output, completing all necessary quality control documentation whilst identifying and addressing quality issues. Identify, highlight and record any other problems that arise during manufacture.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in assembly methods and processes.

Experience

Previous experience working in a production operative role
