Production Operative - England, United Kingdom - NG Bailey Engineering Division
Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Production Operative to join our offsite team based in Oakenshaw, West Yorkshire.In this role you will assemble quality offsite solutions at optimum efficiency levels whilst working in a safe working environment and adhering to safe working procedures.
Ensure projects are fully completed to programme and within budget.This is a full-time staff role with NG Bailey.
Responsibilities:
- Comply with the company's Health and Safety standards ensuring that the "Safety first and foremost" message is visible and alive throughout all activities undertaken.
- Work individually or as part of a team to manufacture Offsite solutions, working on projects within your skills set and safety certificates. Work in a productive manner, striving to meet or exceed the target times and minimising non[1]productive time.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace organisation within build cells at all times.
- Take responsibility for your own quality output, completing all necessary quality control documentation whilst identifying and addressing quality issues. Identify, highlight and record any other problems that arise during manufacture.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in assembly methods and processes.
- Previous experience working in a production operative role
