THE COMPANY
Our client is a leading travel group providing educational tours and experiences.


THE ROLE
Our client is looking for an Operations Administrator to join their team.


Operations Administrator key responsibilities:

  • Create accurate tour documentation including payment acknowledgments, invoices, visit vouchers, and final travel documents.
  • Update internal data system.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to secure and confirm key tour elements.
  • Prepare precise sales & operational documentation.
  • Source and manage accommodation rates and options.
  • Contribute to identifying improvements in work organisation and procedures.

THE PERSON

Operations Administrator skills, qualifications and experience:

  • Previous experience within the Travel Industry.
  • Knowledge of travel within Europe is beneficial.
  • Understanding of French, German or other is beneficial.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Proven ability to resolve problems and meet strict deadlines.
  • Attention to detail when following procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
