Our client is a leading travel group providing educational tours and experiences.
THE ROLE
Our client is looking for an Operations Administrator to join their team.
Operations Administrator key responsibilities:
- Create accurate tour documentation including payment acknowledgments, invoices, visit vouchers, and final travel documents.
- Update internal data system.
- Coordinate with suppliers to secure and confirm key tour elements.
- Prepare precise sales & operational documentation.
- Source and manage accommodation rates and options.
- Contribute to identifying improvements in work organisation and procedures.
THE PERSON
Operations Administrator skills, qualifications and experience:
- Previous experience within the Travel Industry.
- Knowledge of travel within Europe is beneficial.
- Understanding of French, German or other is beneficial.
- Excellent customer service.
- Proven ability to resolve problems and meet strict deadlines.
- Attention to detail when following procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
