A Multinational Energy Company based in Portsmouth office is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a contract basis for 3 months.

(Extension highly likely)

Job Role & Key experience we are looking for:

Telephone customer services experience
the Advisors will be working in the connections team who are the first point of contact for customer wishing to have a new electricity connection, increase the size of their existing connection, install generation, or move the equipment supplying their property.
The Advisors will also speak to many customers regarding other general engineering enquiries and take payments for all chargeable works.
Must have a high level of accuracy & compliance and be IT literate as will be using multiple systems at once
High organisational Skills
Skills to manage own workload
The ability to work to/meet deadlines
Experienced with working in fast paced environments.
