An innovative and global business who are specialists in their field is looking for an Administrator to join their friendly team, and play a pivotal role in contributing to the efficient and smooth daily running of the business.
The role:
- Answering incoming calls, taking messages and passing these on
- Assisting with facilities, including arranging collection of shredding waste, maintenance of photocopiers and other office equipment
- Arranging travel
- Organising events
- Liaising with suppliers and vendors regarding ordering stationery, kitchen and cleaning equipment
Skills required:
- Previous experience of providing administrative support to a team
- Highly organised
- Proactive approach to work with a "cando" attitude
- Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities
- Confident communication skills
