Football Coaches (New year & Easter)


Working as a football coach you will be able to use your current coaching, or teaching knowledge to inspire the next generation of footballers.

This position is ideal for students, teachers or teaching assistants looking for work during the school holidays (hours can be flexible).

We are specialists in our field with extensive knowledge and hands on experience. We have a dedicated in-house team of talented, qualified coaches and event professionals.


Ballers is passionate about Supporting Parents to Raise Happy, Healthy Kids by delivering, inclusive, high-quality activities for children, focusing on fun, professionally run sessions.


The Position


We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate individuals, who thrive when working with children in an active environment to deliver as part of our Holiday Football Camps.

You must have experience coaching or teaching young people football and be able to demonstrate a commitment to coaching to high standards.


  • Temporary contract w/c 1st January w/e 14th April 2024 (to work during the New Year and Easter holidays)
  • Applicants must have availability to work a minimum 2 days during the New Year holidays and 6 days during the Easter holidays
- £ £15ph DOE


Responsibilities:


  • Deliver a variety of sessions as part of our programme
  • Provide a fun and exciting learning experience
  • Follow our manual, policies, and procedures
  • Be versatile and participate and assist other sessions during the week
  • Be reliable and flexible
  • Demonstrate professionalism and build relationships with parents and children
  • Keep settings clean and tidy
  • Follow all health and safety requirements

Knowledge and Experience Requirements

  • 1 year teaching/coaching experience
  • Level 2 FA Coaching Football
  • Experience creating and following lesson plans
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Experience working with a variety of ages
  • First Aid and Child Protection Training
  • Desirable (qualifications can be provided
  • T & C's apply)
