The HR Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the wider People team in all areas of HR Administration
  • Ensuring all employee records are up to date
  • Maintaining an accurate database
  • Resolving HR related queries, escalating where appropriate
  • Accurately recording absences
  • Managing the HR inbox
  • Supporting the wider team with recruitment
  • Supporting the HR Advisors in employee relations cases
  • Tracking new starters and participating in the onboarding and induction processes
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required

The Successful Applicant:


The successful HR Assistant will have:

  • A proven track record within a similar role
  • CIPD L3 or above
  • Good knowledge of employment law, policies and procedures.
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • A genuine desire to learn
