Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will have the responsibility for ensuring the Goods-In and Goods-Out operations run smoothly whilst following all required policy and procedures.

You will be required to ensure the traceability and accountability of the materials from intake, to the warehouse floor via our software (SAP).

Hours are currently Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm. A later shift of 10am - 6pm will introduced on a weekly rota later in 2024.

Responsibilities

Preparing the warehouse ready for daily operational use.
Effective and efficient racking utilisation
Ensure sufficient stocks of warehouse consumables are in place
Develop into the SAP Warehouse lead user.
Assist with audits and inspections within in the warehouse
Strategically manage the warehouse in compliance with the Company's policies
Control delivery receiving, warehousing, distribution and any maintenance operations
Maintain Company and Statutory standards of health & safety, hygiene and security
Manage stock control and reconcile with Inventory Management system
Liaise with suppliers and other external parties e.g. freight forwarders

Required Skills:

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of the legal requirements of operating a pharmaceutical warehouse
Planning and organising skills
Ability to use all warehouse equipment (training can be provided where required e.g. forklifts)
Detailed knowledge of best practice from Quality perspective
2+ years Warehouse experience
Strong MS Office skills
