Reporting to the Executive Assistant-Group Managing Director, this role will be responsible for providing administrative and project support to assigned Executive(s).

The role - Responsibilities (Personal Assistant);

  • Provide Outlook and diary management for the Executive; work with the Executive to prioritise their time on strategic matters.
  • Coordinate and implement meeting schedules and relevant material.
  • Ensure the Executive is prepared for meetings with the appropriate information.
  • Take meeting actions and ensure meetings run to schedule.
  • Work with the Executive to understand key issues and develop corrective action plans to address in a timely manner.
  • Track and followup on outstanding items on behalf of the Executive.
  • Provide project support to the Executive, following up on outstanding actions and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Organise international travel, meetings, and agendas on behalf of the Executive and relevant team members.
  • Create presentations, reports, and other media as required by the Executive (advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office required).
  • Reconcile and submit expense reports on behalf of the Executive.
  • Organise catering and events on behalf of the Executive.
  • Provide ad hoc support as required by the Executive.
  • Assist EA-Group Managing Director with the coordination of offsite Group meetings and events, and additional administrative support as required.
  • Coordinate with the facilities management company to report building issues and afterhours parking requests.
  • Provide backup support to the Group Managing Director in EA's absence.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders and other business functions.
  • Be a role model for the organisation's standards and values.

£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
