Reporting to the Executive Assistant-Group Managing Director, this role will be responsible for providing administrative and project support to assigned Executive(s).

The role - Responsibilities (Personal Assistant);
- Provide Outlook and diary management for the Executive; work with the Executive to prioritise their time on strategic matters.
- Coordinate and implement meeting schedules and relevant material.
- Ensure the Executive is prepared for meetings with the appropriate information.
- Take meeting actions and ensure meetings run to schedule.
- Work with the Executive to understand key issues and develop corrective action plans to address in a timely manner.
- Track and followup on outstanding items on behalf of the Executive.
- Provide project support to the Executive, following up on outstanding actions and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Organise international travel, meetings, and agendas on behalf of the Executive and relevant team members.
- Create presentations, reports, and other media as required by the Executive (advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office required).
- Reconcile and submit expense reports on behalf of the Executive.
- Organise catering and events on behalf of the Executive.
- Provide ad hoc support as required by the Executive.
- Assist EA-Group Managing Director with the coordination of offsite Group meetings and events, and additional administrative support as required.
- Coordinate with the facilities management company to report building issues and afterhours parking requests.
- Provide backup support to the Group Managing Director in EA's absence.
- Maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders and other business functions.
- Be a role model for the organisation's standards and values.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
