- Provide exercise prescription and delivery within the Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Service.
- Maintain high-quality exercise prescription for patients recovering from cardiac events or with long-term cardiac and respiratory conditions.
- Level 3 Fitness Instructor or equivalent.
- Member of Register of Exercise Professionals.
- Specialist Instructor Qualification in Cardiac Rehab or equivalent.
- REPs Level 4 Certificate for Chronic Respiratory Disease.
- Experience in leading and delivering group exercise sessions.
- Experience working within the NHS.
- Experience providing training and mentoring.
- Knowledge of exercise prescription for people with long-term conditions.
