Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising plans in collaboration with nonprofit organization leadership to support their social impact initiatives.


Build and maintain relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, foundations, and community stakeholders to secure financial support for nonprofit programs.

Collaborate with nonprofit organizations to create compelling fundraising materials

Organize and coordinate fundraising campaigns and events within residential communities, fostering community engagement and support for social impact causes.


Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop and implement effective strategies to promote fundraising initiatives and social impact programs.


Engage with residents and community leaders to raise awareness about social issues, advocate for change, and mobilize community support through grassroots efforts.


Monitor fundraising progress, track donations, and generate reports to assess campaign effectiveness, inform future strategies, and share outcomes with donors and community stakeholders.


Collaborate with program managers to align fundraising initiatives and social impact programs, ensuring a strong connection between donor support and community impact.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, social sciences, community development, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect and engage with diverse stakeholders.

Strong organizational and project management skills to plan and execute fundraising campaigns, social awareness initiatives, and community events.

Knowledge of fundraising techniques, including major gifts, grants, corporate sponsorships

Familiarity with social impact issues, community development strategies, and public engagement approaches.

High level of integrity, ethical standards, and respect for donor and community confidentiality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

Passion for social impact and a commitment to making a positive difference in residential communities.

Ability to travel within the residential area as required.


Pay:
£600.00-£800.00 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Newtownbreda: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
