Overview


Working closely with the Head of Creative Marketing, with a small team reporting in to you, you'll have the chance to join a growing Group Marketing team and be an important part of this progressive, dynamic business.


  • Raising brand awareness, monitoring web traffic and metrics to identify best practices
  • Develop content strategy aligned with shortterm and longterm marketing targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout
  • Create and publish engaging content
  • Edit, proofread and improve writers' posts
  • Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency
  • Optimize content according to SEO
  • Use content management systems to analyse website traffic and users engagement metrics
  • Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic
  • Develop an editorial calendar and ensure content team is on board
  • Ensure compliance with the law (e.g. copyright and data protection)
  • Stay uptodate with developments and generate new ideas to draw the audience's attention
In addition, as the Content Marketing you should be:

  • Proven work experience as a Content Marketing Manager
  • Proven management experience
  • Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
  • Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Familiarity with social media
  • Excellent writing skills in English
  • Attention to detail
  • Good organisational and timemanagement skills
  • Experience with managing online content
  • Umbraco preferred
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Knowledge of CRM
