Classroom Assistant | Wandsworth | £80 - £90 PAYE | Immediate Start

Ortus Recruitment is partnering with an 'Outstanding' Ofsted rated mainstream primary school based in Wandsworth, to find experienced Classroom Assistants to provide support to a KS1 class.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a nurturing and stimulating environment for students, with a school that prides itself on the quality of the education they provide to students.

Responsibilities

Providing oneonone support to pupils
Assisting in the planning and delivery of lessons
Supporting pupils with potential barriers to learning
Helping pupils develop their literacy and numeracy skills
Assisting with the management of classroom behaviour

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children
Knowledge of primary age range
Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
A positive attitude towards working with children
An ability to work well as part of a team

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 16:00pm, at a day rate of £80 - £90 per day based on experience (PAYE, with no hidden deductions to your payments).
