We are looking for a Receptionist to join us at our client site in Culham.

As a Receptionist you are an integral part of the team where you are the first point of contact for visitors and callers, making your role pivotal in creating positive first impressions.

Full Time
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 0700 to 1600

A typical day in the life as a Receptionist:

Welcome all visitors and occupiers into the building in a professional and 'top class' manner, ensuring that their host is informed of their arrival in a timely manner, and that any waiting visitors are followed up on
Meeting and greeting, answering telephone, issuing of visitor passes and general customer service duties.
Keep client up to date with any relevant information and collation of reports when required
